1. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns must be requested within the product's stated return window (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the brand).
• Product must be in original, unused condition with all accessories, box, and packaging intact.
• Products with physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

3. Exchange Rules

• A deduction fee (10-40%) may apply for used or aged devices to protect fair market pricing.
• Store credit can be applied at checkout on any future purchase.

5. Warranty Coverage

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only (not accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications).
• Warranty duration is set per product and shown on the product detail page.
• Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer or authorized service center.
